Damizean
It's just Wave Ocean's stage mesh, no compliments for that Plus, the original engine was made by Marc, so he deserves moar kudos than me.

Khorney
nice water, but you've lost all the 'galaxyness' on the level, your green hill test thing looked amazing with the super lighting EDIT: cancel that, i realise now its the ripped wave ocean level. waiting with baited breath

The meshes are fully original. The original Wave Ocean mesh was with fucked up UV Mappings, and I'm too lazy to fix them.
Rael0505
Mark, in that screenshot Sonic looks dumbfounded. Very awesome, I want to play it. I wish the real 3D games were like that.
Damizean
When exporting Wave Ocean to B3D, somehow the exporter screwed up the texture coordinates, we'll have to investigate about that. As for water, we're thinking on screwing the current cubemapped water system (wich is frankly slow) and replacing it for Environment-Mapped Bump Mapping, wich will allow to do awesome refractions through a normal map (remember Sonic GL? It used the same system), and wich will also allow to make per pixel distortions for frozen water or things of the like
Serephim
Yeah, i always wished there was more of a sense of exploration in the 3D games like with SA, but i guess they decided to instead just give you tons of space to peel out with. Mark, your engine rocked, espically since it let you run over manual loops.

Serephim
game definately looks fun, Azu. My only complaint is that you DIDNT USE THE MMX6 ZERO SLASH SPRITES. They were so much cooler. (Btw, you have to add the hyperslash.)
Asuma
Oh, don't worry, I will. I've never been able to do that hyperslash though. I reallt didn't like X6 slashes.

Serephim
who wants to hack 2k6? only thing worth taking would be the enemy models. Everything besides that (including the horrible animations) is useless
Dr. Mecha
[qimg]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v148/MarkEchidna/yay-1.png[/qimg]:3 I have a question, How many polygons (or Triangles) are in that Sonic Mesh of yours? Other than that, it look great so far.
