You probably don't get what these two screenshots mean but it's kind of a big deal for me.

That reminds me very much so of that game EXIT on the Xbox Marketplace, where partners dynamically reach areas of interest you lock onto. If I guess correctly that this is not a scripted event but is in fact part of the engine AI and what not, I'm very impressed.

Not only does it suggest you have partner mechanics in your game, but its also quite nostalgic.

Btw, Brazsonic is the game im most hyped to play. It just looks really fun.

Oh, what the hell. I was planning on doing sort of a "focus test" to figure out the best way to handle partner mechanics, and because of that I wanted everybody to have no expectations of how they worked, but that's probably not going to work the way I planned it to anyway, so I'll just link to a video of it in action:

A push button on the floor probably works better than the switch, though.

That's not really scripting and is more or less pure AI. All I need to do is set two objects down (one for the button/switch, another to show him where the wall is) and Knuckles thinks out the rest.

Oh cool. I had the idea of a Sonic game in the style of Lost Vikings forever ago. This is sort of like the more automated execution.

That screenshot reminds me alot of that game 'Pure Shadow'... which I have no idea if that's even being continued.

Though that screenshot looks really nice. Best presented Shadow fangame shot I've seen in a while.

Yeah I have no idea if that game is being worked on as well.
