No, Ike's is on the level of something like omnislash where he brings you up into the air and brings the fucking pain. Ike's would be better with multiple opponents, whereas Link's is better for a one-on-one situation. Not like it really matters since I doubt you'll have the Final Smash Ball very often in one fight. Besides, I don't want him running around yelling "AY." Capcom's probably too stingy to hand over the rights to Nintendo anyhow.
