DimensionWarped
I'm sure a few of you all are aware that new tools have been emerging lately for making fangames. Right now I'm trying to get a quick understanding of the climate among our community, possibly so that I might coordinate a couple things... Rawr
No UDK? At least with UDK I know how to import stuff in and do some minor stuff with the kismet, but thats about all I know haha. I wanna learn Unity though.
DimensionWarped
I'll add it in real fast.
Sparks
Multimedia Fusion 2 is the only tool I have.
Kessler12
I got and use MMF2 and UDK. I downloaded Construct Classic to mess with it.
VectorSatyr
Game Maker 8.0 only, because I'm stubborn.
Asuma
Construct Classic, MMF2, UDK. Although I haven't thought MMF2 much in months.
Strife
MMF2, hands down. I experimented with Construct Classic for a while as well.
Dark Raven X
GM8 here. I seem to be in the minority among people talking about it though.
Vexus
I've been sticking with Game Maker 8, but I started experimenting with UDK and Unity last year.
FanGameRevolver
I use game maker 8.0 It gets the Job done and is easy to use. 8.1 was still giving me issues that were apparently patched months ago.
Hybrid35
MMF2 and Gamermaker8 Though I haven't been coding in a while, I should pick it back up.

Falk
They're checkboxes, not radio buttons. They're not supposed to be mutually exclusive.
MrKsoft
MMF2 for fangames because of the established Sonic Worlds base. For anything more serious, I swear by Construct Classic.
luksamuk
I only use MMF2 for games. Still waiting for a super-pc I'm gonna get for the college to use UDK.
Goshi68
Game Maker 8 is what I use. But I also experimented with MMF2 once upon a time.
Thefinalboss123
game maker 8.1 is crap 8.0 way better.
Floofy
MMF2 for sonic fangames, anything else is construct.
Dark Raven X
game maker 8.1 is crap 8.0 way better. An hour ago I would have disagreed with you. I find the new default for room viewing is much better for placing tiles and just generally building. But. I just got that glitch; "Error Creating Stand Alone" out of nowhere. Official solution; redownload and reinstall. Whoo.
DimensionWarped
I sort of feel now like I should have encouraged more people to buy Construct 2 while it was half off. It has a couple things going for it that I would have wanted to discuss a little more had it been a more popular tool. Same goes for Game Maker HTML5. And no, I'm not talking about HTML5 itself. Unity on the other hand is a pretty hopeful prospect... eh, maybe I'll just start talking about it.
justin123
I guess the c/c++ programmers are excluded. Lol
TailsSena
MMF2 build 253. It's got a bunch of HWA stuff intedgrated, and I'm building off what seems to be Worlds 0.1... All it had was 360 movement, collision, loops, and moving platforms that broke the moment I tinkered with them.
ECLIPSc70
I've been using GM for the longest(8). I just recently began using Unity though. Its pretty easy... But time consuming to use.
DimensionWarped
I guess the c/c++ programmers are excluded. Lol Well yeah, I can't list every bloody compiler and IDE for every language. The whole thing would become a mile long sheet. The idea was recent stuff really. I debated including MMF2.
