This mission will be available for the first week of the Winter Event, but will be replaced by The Protectors ß for the second week. The third and final week will feature both missions. Remember that these event missions will have numerous bonuses attached to them such as increased drop rates, up to 350% more EXP payout and more. (These bonuses apply to The Protectors missions only. They will have no effect on normal missions.) Super holy light bonus * In light of December 15's server rollback, all races will be given three weeks of super holy light! Seasonal lobby * The winter lobby will begin with this udpate, decorating Clyez and Holtes Cities with snowmen and ice-covered trees. Level cap raised * The level cap will be raised to 120! New clothing, parts and decorations * The Wai Wadd, Hanaura, Musagante and Valatines sets of clothes and parts will be released. * Some new room decorations will be added to the Variety Shop. * Some older prizes will be rotated out of Casino Voloyal's current prize counter selection to be replaced with newer items. Miscellaneous updates * Tunnel Recapture will have some adjustments made to it. * Another universe select cube will be added to Casino Voloyal. * Shop counters will now have a vision phone access point added to them. (This is fucking seriously awesome.) This week's issue of Dengeki PlayStation revealed more details on Japan's next big event, the Dengeki Cup. This event is scheduled to run between February and March; five different event missions are planned. Here are the types of missions we'll be seeing: Party mission Works like a normal party mission. Any party can have between one to six players, of course the more the better. There will be multiple paths that can be taken which will require the team to split up. Racing mission Vehicle races! It says the vehicle(s) that will be used has not been confirmed, but that three modes of play are under consideration: one-on-one time attack, party race and free play. Quiz & puzzle mission Basically, you'll be asked questions, and if you answer correctly, you'll get a prize. Versus mission Player vs. player. Final details have not been confirmed, but it's said that action will be taken to put players on an even field. (Was it C-mode in PSO that reduced everyone to LV1 and gave them basic equipment? If so, I wouldn't be shocked if that's what's done here.) Anyway, different modes are being considered such as one-on-one and an all out brawl. Survival mission Think Endless Nightmare. Basically, players are thrown into an arena and the enemies start rolling in. As enemies are defeated, their LV and ATP continually increase, though their HP will begin to go down. If a player is incapacitated during the battle, they'll be taken out of the arena while their companions continue to fight. It's said that item drops will increase in rarity as the enemies get more and more difficult. Also, the enemy lineup will be changed on a weekly basis. Special event items A few items to look forward to from this event include Bukra Dengeki (wand) and Electro Heart (extra unit). They say that there will be a striking weapon, line shield and another unit released for the event, though their names are not given. Survival mode? PVP MODE?! Ohhhh hell yes. Hell, let alone 70. From the way i see it, the level cap being slowly released is due to a lack of balance in the missions. There is no mission a level 120 character cannot completely DESTROY with perhaps are partner or two. Im quite sure we're getting S3 and S4 missions in the future, But im pretty sure they have to wait and see what we can do with our stats before they just give us level 200 cap. Level Rank, unlike PSO, is determined by the mission, and we already are S2 and the minimum lvl requirement for most missions isn't anywhere close to the cap. Maybe me and you can run Sereph, since everyone else is in a completely different level tier than us.
