Slingerland
Plant Kingdom 1Sonic: Blaze: Coral Cave 1 Sonic: Haunted Ship 1 Sonic: Blizzard Peaks 1 Sonic: Sky Babylon 2 Sonic: In this game you don't run. You fly! This game looks incredibly boring.
SkyLights
Well it would help if I didn't skip 70% of the level and the emulator didn't run at half speed, but this game was pretty much made for me. I'm going to be occupied with it for at least a month.
Rael0505
This game looks incredibly boring. I agree. It's disappointing how speed-oriented the Sonic games have gotten.
Aerosol
well...you dont have to run fast. i can get through most, if not all of Sonic Rush without dashing.
DimensionWarped
I personally find the rush boost to render the spindash completely obsolete in a bad way. It really becomes the focal point of the game a little too often. I'm liking how gimmicks in this one tend to be more manipulable than gimmicks in the previous Sonic rush. Slingerland
I like how gimmicks don't change, besides a cosmetic one to match the theme of the level, and how the ground is totally flat for a good 10 seconds in a lot of levels. I think the problem isn't that Sonic himself moves fast as much as it is the way the levels are designed. Moving slowly would probably only make the game more boring. Spike
I got this. Not near as good as the original Rush, but still better than Advance. One thing that I must note: Crappy gimmicks. Every single one just launches the character into the air in some way. Just fancy springs.

Spike
This game would be nothing without the awesome, epic boss fights, which single-handedly make the game.

Guest Shadix
Hmm, I find it kindof odd that they are reimplementing level-specific gimmicks NOW of all things... I'm almost tempted to wonder if SEGA really does look at SFGHQ.

Slingerland
What level specific gimmicks? They're all the same and re-done to match the themes. Yeah, there are original ones occasionally, but they're sparse. Also, Marine the raccoon is ANNOYING. Her stupidity in the dialogged sequences have me pressing A frantically to skip the cutscene. That's why the start button was added. I don't think anyone has the capacity to withstand every bit of dialoge. EDIT: Beat the final boss. Pretty neat, since it was really just a SHUMP. I liked it, and I still have a lot left to do (islands to find, missions to complete, etc.) Also, WiFi, dudes. We gotta race sometime.

BlazeHedgehog
Sonic Rush had level specific gimmicks, too. Leaf Storm: Those twirly vine rope things, trampolines Water Palace: Water, Underwater fans, geysers It's just Sonic Rush Adventure has better gimmicks - they're more involved and they're used a lot more frequently to much better effect.
