Damizean
Here's something that's been laying on my hard drive for a few weeks. Long story short, I cut down most of the Sonic Worlds features using an old build, leaving the basis of the engine (along with a separated file containing the standard Sonic actions implemented), so it's usable as an stable base if you intend to fully develop an engine on your own. I know this may seem useless, as most people would opt to just use the Sonic Worlds engine. But this serve as a version for learning how the 360 engine of Sonic Worlds works, and there's some people that like to do their own stuff, so it'll be useful for them too. TRD
Useless? Nope. I approve. This is great for those who want to make a Sonic engine on their own without using a practically already made engine. I would use this if I already didn't have an engine. Spike
I would prefer people use this instead of the Worlds engine, just so that fangames could have SOME originality again. Good work.
Sockman
Oh, now you post this. Thanks, though, this will help others who want more control over the engine development of their Sonic games.
Ayling
Totally should go up on the main site, dami.
GSF
Aylingling:Totally should go up on the main site, dami. Indeed. Nice thing Dami, people will be able to learn about implementing 360º instead of using Worlds.
Turbohog
Very nice. I'll probably use this. Now people (including me) will have to some stuff themselves!

Rael0505
Nice. If you had posted this sooner maybe I'd use it but I'm not so sure I want to start over again at this point. Put it up on the main site.
Turbohog
Seems I have a question too. I noticed certain objects like the Sonic Skin are un-clickable. How do I change that?
Slingerland
It's probably in a locked layer. Unlock the layer that the Sonic skin is in using the layers toolbar on the right hand side of MMF2.
Turbohog
I never have that thing open since I usually don't use it! Thanks though, it worked. Rep +
Turbohog
Sorry for the double post, but new question. This one's frightening. How do I set Active Objects to be collideable? In Sonic Base Engine and out of it. I can't believe I forgot...
Zenor
for some reason the slopes are better than the worlds', to me. Anyways, Very useful.

Rael0505
Hey Saburo, this thread is 7 months old. It's generally a bad idea to post in a thread this old unless it's a sticky. Post Decency:Also, refrain from posting in old threads (more than a couple weeks old) unless you really have something important to add. Bumping your own topic for an update on information is perfectly acceptable, however. Click here to read the rest of the forum rules. That said, I'm locking this. By the way, this build of Sonic Worlds is very unstable compared to the newest version. If you want to make the engine mostly yourself and still use a decent base, you could download the newest version and delete everything besides basic movement so you can reprogram it yourself. Just saying.
