1LT Worm
Recently, I discovered an plug-in for my loops program, Garageband, that allows me to recreate music in NES-style. So, I now present you with the fruits of this labor: http://ksp.pricelesshost.net/downloads/neslove01.mp3 ^^A cookie for the first who tells me what song this is. And, just for experimental purposes, I took this MIDI from VGmusic, and made this: http://ksp.pricelesshost.net/downloads/neslove02.mp3 It's the Zelda 1 dungeon theme, which I shortened to one minute. I think it sounds pretty damned close. Enjoy. They even have album art. ^_~

1LT Worm
So the title actually has some truth, Ride of the Valkyries: http://ksp.pricelesshost.net/downloads/neslove03.mp3
DimensionWarped
I love Ride of the Valkries and I love certain old NES music, but I hate that remix of Ride of the Valkries... and for one reason. It raped my ears.
1LT Worm
Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm still trying to work out the kinks in the plug-in. The more complex the song, the worse it comes out I'm afraid.
DimensionWarped
The Men in Black one was ok though.
1LT Worm
You win the cookie! And some tequila (coming soon to a shop near you) ^_~
DimensionWarped
I don't deserve that rep or the tequila. I loaded the song in VLC player and it showed me that it was a Men and Black song automatically.
Rael0505
Considering the song title is Men in Black, it was a bit obvious.

MidimanNull
FL Can read it, but all of the sudden I need to run a graphics test :[ EDIT: http://img456.imageshack.us/img456/2281/flstudiosz3.jpg I hate when they make one OS's version of something better than the other
1LT Worm
Wow, that looks confusing as hell. Here's how it looks on my machine: http://ksp.pricelesshost.net/images/garageband.png Hey, for once the Mac version is better. Huzzah! =P ...Maybe I'll get some other songs and make sure they aren't tagged.
hRook
The NES synth could only play 4 samples simultaneously at any given time.
