jobro
Hi! Let me make a short introduction since this is my first post here. My name is Johan Brodd, I'm a composer and a musician directed at creating video game music that sounds like oldskool video games. I can create basic MIDI's, but that's not all. I'm capable of creating music sounding exactly as the Sega Genesis. If you are intrested then feel free to write me a line.

jobro
If I posted this in the wrong forum, I'm sorry. Yet still if a mod wants to move this topic then feel free to do so. I don't mind it. Hearing my music ofcourse you can! Make sure to download TFM MusicMaker here and two of my tracks here. If you are after mp3 or ogg versions then tell me and I can arrange that too. Rael0505
Cool music, you're pretty talented. I don't have much skill with composing music as I've only really written one song, but I've always wanted to. I mostly just sequence video game music as MIDI. Thread moved to General Discussion. Edit: So how exactly do you use that program? I can't seem to find a piano roll or staff anywhere.
jobro
It's a tracker. You create the instruments and you play them with your computer keyboard. In the tracker area (the one that opens up first) you use the keyboard querty style to insert notes. Each column is a track, and is the piano roll you where asking after. But instead of displaying the notes as a bar it prints the note as text.

EXshad
Very good! I might hire you for my project, however, I have James Price, another great composer, helping out. I'd post a link to his music, but I don't want to take the focus off of you. Also, Lee Brotherton himself is considering joining. However, I might change my mind. I really like your music a lot. And I'm new myself and might not be good enough to say this, but...welcome!
