The news came with a mix of joy and dread, since Bandai is capable of doing good dubs (GitS:SAC and Bebop) but also pretty bad ones. Today I found a little ray of hope: It appears that they actually care what the fanbase thinks, and this month they have running a pole to choose the English voice actor for one of the characters. Right now, they have four auditions for Mikuru's voice on their site and you can vote for the one you like best! http://asosbrigade.com/auditions/a.php Despite the appearance, that IS the official site (and anyone who's seen the series will know why it looks like that.)
