Some fun pix: PURIFICATION: Mission: PURIFY the altered native creatures. RAPe RAPPY SPAWNS ZOMG SCARY. woot THE BEACH: Probably the most interesting social experience I've had in the game... oh lol now I'm doing it. Robots with issues DE RAGNUS LINE: In the De Ragnus quest line... Amazing lobby. lol "cast" away OF CAVES AND DE ROL LE: I don't have pics, but the caves have probably been the most psoish area yet... Button doors, multi-paths, procedural generated environment. Look at dat SURPRISE SURPRISE You have to steer the raft this time with a communitive effort to attack. Oh... and This boss gives me nightmares... he's annoying, difficult to beat, and well, annoying. Plus he looks like a spawn of satan and chunks boulders at you. The iso I had wasn't complete, but I was too much of a fucking dumbass to not run and check it to make sure it worked before making a fucking subscription. So there's 2+ days out of it. It's not like you make a game and then isolate yourself like in PSO. Sereph: Where the hell did that guy get that armor? I thought the SPF armor wasn't out yet . ME WANT. The actual levels are instanced, but the main hub cities are open, and there are open lobbies between missions where you can fool around as well. Pretty good stuff. My only complaint so far about online mode is that it's damn hard to find people without first obtaining their cards, I spent 10 minutes or so waiting for Ila and shadix to show up. Im trying to buy the Ragan-Ragan (Its a doublesaber based off the De-Ragan Slayer) but its like 1.2 mil meseta. On a positive note, last stage i played offline i found a Duranal Replica. Its awesome. When you swing it, it makes the photon "HUMMM" sound that the sabers made on PSO. (As a matter of fact, i think all weapons based on PSO do that. The Crea weapons make PSO sounds as well.) Oh, speaking of that "WE'RE SONIC HEROES" picture, you people SO fucking missed it when Sonic Team was holding Sonic's Birthday in the servers. All the Guardians Colony continuously streamed the Sonic Heroes theme song, and me and like 16 other people continuously spammed the lobby with the lyrics until people decided to just leave. I've joined games, gotten nearly killed countless numbers of times while receiving a bunch of rares I didn't earn and people are like "hey its cool" and then the leader abandons mission so we can do it 5 more times. (Yes I did that last night) and otherwise I really just haven't come across the usual elitism that I see, especially in other ORPGs I've played. (Note ila is not saying that Ragnarok, WoW, Diablo II, and Guild Wars are full of pricks, but ila just happened to run into enough to be annoying, carry on.) I kinda half wish there was a way to make VS rooms or something, but meh, PVP is overrated anyway. And yes Sereph, I passed you in level MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
