Well if you want it pixel-perfect with regard to the color info on the attached image, you'd probably have to create pieces of the health bar as sprites and draw them to the screen. But you could draw a skewed textured primitive of a normal left-right gradient to get the same effect. I forget whether you should expect to have problems with a crease in the middle.
