Just say what you spotted and where it is (character X in the bottom right corner; game X next to the burning building; etc). You are limited to one reference per post (character or game) and no double posting. CTRL + F IS YOUR FRIEND I'll start first: Sonic in Green Hill Zone in the bottom left corner, right above the river. Things that were found until post #55: Cacodemon from Doom That ugly red thing in the center of the image I think the whole image in general can be a reference to SimCity, namely in how the burning buildings are like the natural disasters that happen in that game, and the isometric perspective to boot. shigeru miyamoto in the middle right Viewtiful Joe near the bottom left at the beginning of the pier. Yoshi is in the roof of the Peach's castle, located near of the EDGE building.(Near of top left corner) Dr. Whatshisname from Brain Age on the center right There is a Katamari top slightly to the right. Master Chief to Brain Age guy's right. Bomberman on top of Brain Age guy's building. Moogle on castle thing to the left. Parappa the Rapper near of bottom right corner, in the little park. Soldiers from Advance Wars fighting in the burning buildings. Bottom left corner is waverace 64. Toon Link located in the Pac-Man's Maze (near of bottom left center) The Edge tower in the middle is the Citadel from Half-Life 2. Axel from Crazy Taxi located in the top right center. A group of Lemmings jumping from the "Gunstar Massive Damage Heroes" building. Megaman on the falling Green Tetris block. Street Fighters characters in the bottom center. Our beloved Red Paisano in the entrance of Peach's Castle. (center left). King Arthur from Ghoul's n' Ghosts at the graveyard. (upper-right corner) Space Invader on the windows of the building in the very bottom right corner. Cloud Strife from FF series in the garden of Peach's Castle. (center left, pretty near of Mario) Frank West from Dead Rising south of the graveyard in the top right corner. Bub and Bob from Puzzle Bubble in the roof of the building in the bottom right corner. Puyo Puyo on the sidewalk right of the Katamari (top rightish). Sub Zero slightly northeast of the Edge building holding up a head. The little monkey aside of the entrance of the building above the Parappa concert could be Data from Megaman 64/Legends. Dawn from Pokemon D/P at the bottom center, on the pavement above Ken and Guile. Cubone's at the Petting Zoo. Left side at the fence. That hedge maze keeps reminding me of the hedge maze attraction you can build in Roller Coaster Tycoon. M. Bison located in the on fire building aside of the big red thing in the center. That's a character from Gunstar Heroes. The trees are from Pokémon games. NES on the truck just below the Speedball Stadium. Actually, just consoles on the various vehicles on the road in general. There's even a Commodore 64. Lara Croft's chilling at the bottom of the Massive Damage Building. Left side, partially hidden by a truck. In the Peach's Castle area, a green Prinny (Kurtis?) from Disgaea is on the right side, above Cloud. Rabbites and Mushbooms in Peach's castle block (Secret of Mana) A couple of Arwings about to barrel roll in the very top left. (Starfox) AiAi from Super Monkey Ball in the right side of Green Hill Zone, near of the paviment. Master Sword in the middle of the hedge maze. Green Darwinians from the game Darwinia are standing at the pier in the bottom-left corner. Virtua Fighter arcade in the top center/right by the katamari ball. since the master sword AND link are in the hedge forest that the pacman ghosts are in, im going to guess the maze itself doubles as a reference to the Lost Woods. (being a maze n all) Hey, there's the crab from Patapon in the lower right hand corner, battling the little patapon warriors. Monkey dude from Rampage on the white building, right edge. Oh, did anyone notice the Loco Roco characters in the park by the PaRappa concert? Four agents from "Syndicate" blowing away some opposing agents/civilians outside the "Massive Damage" building on the left, middle.
