Though I'm done with this site I just logged back to congratulate Lake and the music team for another quality fan game.
And since this is my last post I wish them good luck in their future endeavors.

AFAIK Middleware's sound format or any of their other products are not open source unless you are a developer. There is a possibility to develop a extension for MMF2 with the source code of those ADX2WAV tools flying around on the net, but I don't think they will be happy if that happens.
Konjak used MODtracker to compose the music in Noitu Love/2 and Legend of Princess. Not sure if it has a extension or it is a obscure format for MMF tho.
Try using PSound to check which files are sound effects containers. The program was designed to work with PS games but since it looks for uncompressed PCM data, it should work for other games too. If that doesn't work try opening them in any audio editor that allows you to open files as raw data.
This way I was able to extract all SFX and instruments from Sonic the Fighters/Championship.
They'll get another talented individual unless Sega reaches ocean's floor. I just hope this individual doesn't slap another God of War gameplay in a Sonic game like this Hashimoto guy did.
Also, it is a cinematic sequence, so we don't know how everything will be handled when it boils down to gameplay and how stable the framerate will be for the amount of processing at runtime.
It looks pretty overall, but it want to see it in -true- action.
I don't care about graphics as long the game is fun. I won't waste money on polished turds.
Also, consoles tend to cripple any attempt to make games look realistic.
Most likely because the grandpas at Capcom said that the Megaman franchise isn't popular anymore and it wouldn't sell like COD and clones do.
Capcom deseperately wants to get the money that western AAA games gain.
If the project is small and in 2D, I suggest you coding it in Python. Language is pretty easy to learn and port. There are some libraries such as SFML and Pygame, but don't expect using it for SUPER DUPER HD GAMES WITH CUTTING EDGE GRAPHIX.
These posting mannerisms have been spreading on the internet for years. That's why you often see the >greentexting thing on forums lately.
Everyone and their dog know about that site.
Same here. I usually cut the sample rate in half (unless its new sample rate is lower than 22050hz), then compress it. Also, I always use GIF, PNG or grayscale for graphical data.
