Serephim
I just HAD to make a topic about this.. http://thetravisty.com/Just_Funny/wmv/Animaniacs_-_Country_Song.htm Posted it in the Sony topic. Its from like one of my top favroite cartoons of all time, Animaniacs. Yakko names every country on the planet in a song, under a miniute and 47 seconds, rhymed, and located. I just think this is like the most amazing freaking song on the planet. How long could it have taken to write this?!
MikeL
I have that on VHS somewhere.
Kain
My Geography final had, as a question, "What countries do Lake Titicaca lie between?" Needless to say, I'd have been clueless without the Animaniacs song stewing for 10 years in the recesses of my mind.

1LT Worm
http://youtube.com/watch?v=5OBYaZlglNk&mode=related&search=Animaniacs This one worked for me and my Macintosh. Has subtitles too. (Even though Israel is spelt wrong.) Didn't he miss like have of the former Soviet states? Still, I love this show anyway. I hear it's coming out on DVD soon. Score. Andrew
I was a little worried he forgot about Australia since he could rhyme it in like 3 verses. Lucky we got in at the end. I remember this from when I was a kid. If Wakko didn't mention Australia, I'd have to edit it myself and put it in.
Eraysor
That was so damn funny. Missed quite a few places, Wales and Northern Ireland weren't mentioned I think, but I really don't care, it was awesome.
hRook
Wales and Northern Ireland are considered part of the United Kingdom if I'm not mistaken.
Sir Euan
Wales and Northern Ireland are considered part of the United Kingdom if I'm not mistaken. They are indeed, but Scotland and England got individual mentions.
Eraysor
Yes, and he said England and Scotland. Leaving the other two out. Below is a double post that has been automagically merged into the original. Haha, good work Euan.

Serephim
The main reason of posting this is just to show that Cartoons, or Childrens cartoons in general, are no where CLOSE to as good as they were in the past. I dont know what it is, but it seems like the older a cartoon/videogame looks/is, the better. (Dr. Mario. Seriously.)
Aerosol
My aunt used to tape animaniacs for me. Very awesome indeed.
Duckboy
Animaniacs was a brilliant show. There was one episode of Slappy Squirrel, where her and her nephew did a bit about "The who" being on stage on a concert, and it was done in the style of the "Who's on first" bit. Freakazoid was also amazing.

Glaber
I was a little worried he forgot about Australia since he could rhyme it in like 3 verses. Lucky we got in at the end. I remember this from when I was a kid. If Wakko didn't mention Australia, I'd have to edit it myself and put it in. Wakko diddn't, it was Yacko. Wakko did the United states and their Capitals. Eraysor
Indeed. Anyway, Freakazoid was awesome. I loved the intro purely for the song where it says "Freakazoid, chimpanzee" for no reason whatsoever. It made me crack up every time.
