I'm a halo fan, and I think Master Chief is cool, but I'd love to see the bungie forums ablaze with anger since it'd be so funny. Either way though, I think the last one of these character battle things I voted in was like...three years ago. I have no clue why I did because they are so pointless. Good luck though. Losing % slowly but that was expected, I did my bit by writing a voting macro, did the same thing with the Rick Astley for 'Best Act Ever' at the MTV Awards. "Little Mac since FFkids cut themselves" blah blah blah. I can't help but think these character battles are just fueling idiot fanboybism. They may not be the most direct sources, but they are apparent. Even more disturbing is just how game sites are trying to be cool by predicting a bloody bracket. Save that for March Madness and Fantasy sport leagues. Gosh its obnoxious. Keep the rest of this Gamestop character battle bullshit in here. Period. Wow, and you guys made me waste my 2000th post. If it's a non-voting list, you always get the NES as the best system, Street Fighter as the best fighting game, and other predictable nostalgia or mainstream induced BS. If it's a voting character list, you either get: a) Snake/Cloud/Master Chief/Pac-Man The complete banal opposite of them just to spite the fanbois (just like this gamespot voting, and the GameFAQs voting with the L-shaped block).
