Portal 2 Early Release Countdown ended and now Steam players have the oppotunity to get Valve to release Portal 2 early by playing the Potato Sack games. Clever marketing by Valve as it'll give some indie games a sales boost as well as generating more hype. Guess I'll be playing Audiosurf for a while...

First fangame i played was the original Sonic Robo Blast back in '01. Made a couple of pointless Kilk and Play games then started using Games Factory after playing one of the early Time Attacked demos. Think I took part in 3 or 4 SAGEs, probably won't enter again, lets just say my creations don't quite live up to modern expectations EDIT: FFFFF- Thirdscape! Thanks for mentioning that Andrew. I've always thought that the story would fit well into the modern 3D Sonic era, least a damn sight more than S2K6...

Well that hasn't been confirmed, but it's one of the ways that the effect can be made by.

9? You mean the one on the ship after you choose your party freely for the first time (apart from Lightning)? I just popped all my shrouds and went apeshit. Just needed to switch to Combat Medic a couple times (2 meds and a sentinal) to rapid heal.

I havern't wanted to murder Vanille for the past hour, something must be going wrong... Boss just after you get to choose your party for the first time on the ship is first real easy one in a long while in my opinion. Just switch between all attack to all defense and guard and I was laughing. Maybe it's because I popped all the shrouds.

That was the last summon I fought so far, currently in the forrest with Sazh and Vanille, basicly the best and worst voices in game combined. I did like it when Vanille slapped Hope at the start though made me lol

Those fights where you fight to earn a summon really raped my brain first couple tries. Been a LOOOOOOONG time since any game has done that, feels fantastic. Not that far in yet, will update overall opinion soon.

I think we're all breathing a sigh of relief on that one Cyber It's not HL2 Ep3 but it's Half Life related, so Valve is mostly forgiven for now.
