  1. Nice, it defiantly sounds like a quality piece of work. I've messed around with music before but it almost always sounds more classical.
  2. I'd enjoyed what I got to see of it so far, and I do give my regards to you guys who put it all together. Congratulations on yet another impressive SAGE 'convention', though I do know it's not quite over with.
  3. Well that's a bit more then confusing, but it looks rather interesting to me, I can bet I've had to deal with something similar before though.
  4. The grass shadows still need work, they look too pasted on. *nuk'd*
  5. Welcome to SFGHQ, I'm sure your time here will be good.
  6. You've got some good stuff there, that's quite an interesting art style your using also.
  7. Yeah, looks really nice what you got there Overbound, can't wait to see what that's going to look like in action.
  8. I'm none too fond of it. As for advice, I'd say make the quills looks more natural in all of the sprites. Otherwise that it looks ok, I guess.
  9. I just now noticed that typo, it's somewhat ironic where it was.
  10. It looks you've got something going there, but can't really compare it to much of anything, I haven't really played any Digimon games, as I've said before. I'm sure you'll do a good job with getting the engine done though.
  11. As I've been working on The Beta Testers, more and more I've come to troubles with the delicate balance of Quality vs. Quantity (or vice-versa). While I do try to make sure that balance is kept, it's progressively getting more and more difficult to introduce and maintain new concepts and characters as they come whilst making reasonable progress. As for proof, the old topic form here is still around, and if necessary I will provide a test build to those who are interested on reqest. As for what I'm looking for: A Spriter (Someone to help with the art really.) And possibly somebody who could help with music. With applying all I need is proof that you can do said thing, and the ability to type without raping the English language. Well, thanks for reading. I hope didn't sound an asshole here, but I do need help with this and any support would be much appreciated.
  12. Looks quite good so far, but I'm sure I have much more to say then that right now.
  13. Happy Birthday, I hope your enjoying it!
  14. Or Coral/Seaweed, if the water is sea (Seedweed can grow in freshwater though).
  15. I think the whole picture thing is enough, and as previously mentioned, distinctive window colors for characters will be a worthwhile addition.
  16. The underwater background looks pretty bland at the moment in my opinion, but everything else is quite impressive. You've got some really interesting things here Felik, keep it up!
  17. It was the Illuminati I tell you! It was the Illuminati! *shot*
  18. I'm still working on it, just not a whole lot. Anyway, I really give out too many spoilers. Above: that looks pretty neat, never really played Digimon games though.
  19. Bri to be honest. the foreground looks kinda bland at the moment, I'd suggest and cracks, erosion, and maybe moss to some of the blocks to give them more variety, as well as make the blocks have a more general color scheme. green + green + tan doesn't look right to me. I'd also suggest making the vines look more like their growing on/around the blocks, and less like their just hanging off. It's a pretty good start though so far.
  20. I bought Spore and Galactic Adventures when they were having the EA sale, but I don't that counts. Spore has been a lot of fun though, and I think it was worth it.
  21. Not bad for a first try. I'd give you some criticism, but I don't know animation at all. Now that I look at it though, it could use some work, mainly in that you need to smooth the animation out a bit more.
  22. They probably thought the game was going to be actually finished when it was released. I don't know what they thought about the story though, if they got to see the haphazard piece of shit that they called a plot in Sonic06.
  23. I doubt I'll buy it, my brother's the one who owns the Xbox. I probably still own this anyway. Point: if I wanted to waste my money I'd flush it down the toilet, it'd probably be more amusing anyway. Not that I don't like the game, but we've had enough rererereleases of Sonic titles.
  24. Cstyler, I'd recommend adding moss/grass on/inbetween the rocks. It'd probably make it look a bit better, along with shadow. Otherwise that, it's a pretty good piece of work you've got there.
