I think it was a good idea to outline the character sprites. It gives it a nice classic feeling. And the menu looks a lot like SRB2. So...... maybe you should change the design of the menu a bit. Well, it's your game.

Seems interesting. I've tested it, and I see that you've taken Bagjac's model. Like Spiderbyte said, you got to give him credit. Although, maybe you could take a little more time on your stage, or just make it better. Well at least you've done a good job.
