Pheonix Gamma
You kinda have to keep in mind that Superstar is pretty different from the other games. Like how Capcom made Mega Man 1-6, jumped to Mega Man X, then jumped back to Mega Man 7. Same kinda thing going on with Dreamland 2 -> Super Star -> Dreamland 3. I think if you go into it knowing it's more like the older games, you'd probably enjoy it a lot more. That doesn't excuse it for being anywhere near as rad as Superstar, but it's cool in its own right. I just love Kahbee so much. I think I'm gonna go play Canvas Curse right now. DimensionWarped
I got pissed off by getting those damned happy heart things from every annoying NPC. I just couldn't stand the game for that.
Perfect Chaos Zero
I recently... acquired Superstar and it's pretty awesome so far. I must applaud the different levels of difficulty available, offering an excellent difficulty curve that lets the player develop their skills at quite a comfortable pace, without ever getting too boring. Great friggin' game, to say the least.
DimensionWarped
Great difficulty curve? Yes. The difficulty develops at a consistent rate. It's too bad that the starting value is so low that the difficulty never actually starts to show up on the radar... well, except for getting through Helper To Hero with all of the really shitty powers like ice. ila
Switching the buttons killed it for me. Especially considering Squeak Squad's are normal and actually fit.
Ligar
I got used to it right away. Wasn't a big deal really.
