Light Dash

Light Dash should be simple to do, right?

Should I do it this way? Or is there a better way?

I honestly think the best way is not to do it at all. The entire purpose of the light dash is to cut down on level design. OOH LETS SEE SAWNIK FLY THRU DE AIR FOR 40 SECONDS.

Even in the 3D games it had no practical application aside from one way to block an action stage and let the game play itself.

It actually served a useful purpose in Shadow the Hedgehog where you'd use it to quickly pick up speed. But no one really gives a damn about that game.

It never really did serve a purpose, but in small amounts, it's alright. Like getting to hidden areas and stuff like that.
