Frame skipping/laggin issues in mmf2

Set those objects' inactivation if too far from frame to "Yes", instead of "Automatic". That'll completely deactivate those objects if they aren't visible, making the game faster. However, their animations could get desynched, so you might want to force their animation frame to some kind of counter value.
