  1. Splash Hill Act 2 Mega Driven
  2. I'm making this thread to store certain stuff to the public. I honestly doubt my skills, so I want most of your opinions if possible. For starters, I really want to emulate the feeling you can get from Music in Mega Drive Games, preferably Sonic games. So as a result, I made these with a sound font in FL Studios. Sonic Level Music 1 File Select from Chaotix
  3. Well I'm going to use it for something I'm doing. But I can't help but get an opinion. Shows how indecisive I am.
  4. Smallish update I guess. look at first post.
  5. What do you guys thing I could do with him?
  6. It is True. No point in hiding that fact. I really want to improve on everything from last year.
  7. Cell Shader 2x.Back quills don't look so wonky in cell shading, but they look rather long. That goes for his tail too.
  8. Sonic Worlds DeltaV1.2 A minor fix, but it is now perfected. The Accelorater gimmick from Carnival Night is now better functioning, especially for Knuckles.
  9. If all you're going to do is be picky, then do the old saying... "Want something done right, do it yourself."
  10. So you want to go lower than 1? Doesn't seem to work that way for me. A whole number is as much as it can take, because it's moving pixle by pixle.
  11. Well... If you want to do it more directly, look into the moving platforms Alt-values through the Object properties window in the frame editor. You should probably see these: InitialAngleX (Turn on X movement) AngleStepX (Speed) DistanceX (How far left and right it can go) CodOrSinX (Rotate from right to left) The rest is the same wording, Just with "Y" Like InitialAngleY and so on. Just remember, DistanceX (And Y for up and down) is the total distance of how far left or right the platform can go, and AngleStepX (Or Y) Is how fast the platform moves. If you combine those values with both X and Y, you can even make diaganal platforms with plus and minus values. But with the CosOrSinX activated, you can make the platform rotate around a radios of both DisanceX and DistanceY. Be careful, Because only one SinORCosX or Y can be used at a time. Using them both will just break it. I hope I covered and answered your question.
  12. Well, I probably can explain how to do it for you. Though, remember, there is some explanation to how it's set up parallax in the engine. But anyways, about animating parallax, it's very simple. So simple, that it has been done before. There's a tutorial on the site about it here. Shadow Sonic Beta's Parallax Tutorial. That tutorial should tell you how to make easy animated parallax.
  13. Sonic Worlds V1.1 Update Bump. Hurraaa~!!
  14. Darn you Azuuuiuu~! You and your super flashy special effects!
  15. All of those songs in this current build were composed by me. It suuure wasn't easy, but it's just giving an original touch.XD
  16. Today... We are very very close, to releasing the finalized Sonic Wolds engine. There has been a lot of play testing, a lot of programming, and a lot of effort put into it all. As soon as I finish the Documentation of everything that is important to learn when using the engine, it will be released and posted in this very thread. Just remember one thing though, It wasn't just me and Lark that made it possible, but all of you that dared to make that one step for Sonic Worlds, Especially Damizean, that invented a brand new era for Sonic Fangames today. That's enough of my yammering.
  17. Hm, Well, when Lark and I looked at it, We thought that was because of the water running. But it was much more than that. It was also the way the ceiling running was programmed that made jumping difficult at all. We fixed that, and so far, no jumping issues came up.
  18. I have to be honest, At first, I thought this effect was for sonic only, but it surprised me to know that it can be done in Photoshop also. I do most of my pixel changes in that program also. I thank you for this, really I do. Makes things so much easier.
  19. Gimme two chaos emeralds and we're even. Baah, I kid. But I really appreciate this. I only wish I was more of a graphics man than a programmer and composer.
  20. Then yes, that's the frame. Thank you so much.
