  2. how is the dual screen function supposed to work for ipod touch? is the main game just going to have a longer display, or will it be held upright? anyway, this should make a decent app for my ipod, keep it up!

  5. would you say sony vegas or adobe after effects? i've been looking into this myself recently, but i must say the interface on after effects isn't the most user friendly for those trying to get to grips with it

  9. not meaning to shit on your thread, but in a modding forum i visit, we have a thread where various chaps rent out their skills, perhaps a similar system would be good here? anyway, do you have anything in particular planned for the SAGE demo? like a working shop or whatever? or are you keeping it under wraps? a mission system like your sonic '06 stuff wouldn't go amiss either, that had me playing for a while

  12. aero, i see your trying to be level headed in this, but the epicness of this failure goes beyond any form of reason, and thus needs to be dissected and deficated upon appropriately
  13. so finished this a couple of days ago, pretty epic. i like the new rank system they have at the end, getting different awards for specific things. my overall one was 'bear' (excessive cqc pwnage) then 'eagle' (beaucoup de headshots) then 'worm' (spent most of the game crawling. ground humper would be more appropriate) 'leopard' (died alot, but in order to get non-lethal takedowns [a rather specific award 0_o]) and there was another one too. anyway, got 3 kills overall, when i shot some guys in one of the set pieces without realising, so i could probably drop that down to 0 for my Boss Extreme runthrough. kinda pissed at the lack of unlockables though, no duel mode, no demo theatre, wtf is going on? anyway, been giving MGO a couple of playthroughs, so far quite impressed. still keeping to KO-only playing it hasn't been going too badly. also found a cheap trick where if you knock someone out, then kill them (i have to gut them with my knife as thats my only lethal weapon) you get points for both KO and the kill (although only you do, doesn't count towards team kills), so handy for getting MVP. oh and online cqc sucks ass. i figured out the judo butt rape thing, but they just get up before you're finished and shoot you. whats the point in that?

  15. just took the plunge and picked up a PS3 and this. mixed views thus far, but overall pretty good. wallet's feeling a little sour but i can hush that while laying cqc smack downs. thinking i was pretty hardcore i loaded up big boss - the hardest available from the start, and set myself a strict no kill policy, a first for me with a new playthrough of an MGS, but i've been working myself up on MGS3:S so i reckon i could take it just got up to the first 'boss', if you will, and that has proved pretty humbling, i never expected to be cqc'd back. anyway, will hope to catch some of you guys on MGO once i've finished my first playthrough

  19. yes, demos are allowed. it's very rare for complete games to be submitted. but that's for the actual expo. the ad campaign only needs screenshots and info
