  1. Got dat Booth up now. Meant to post this topic long ago but I'm gettin' caught up in a lot of s*** as of late. The main idea of this game was to take this engine, Open Beats of Rage(OpenBOR for short) and use it to make an all out brawler style fighting game starring many of the classics Sega charqacters, along with guests who have either barely or not at all seen since the genesis era or at least featured on a Sega console. Download link: Download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/51g9mu8p6zgi9r9/Sega_Brawlers_Megamix(NewV3.4).RAR If you'd like to see more games made with this engine, please visit Chronocrash.com, the main forum for the engine and it's modders: http://www.chronocrash.com/forum/index.php If you do download this, there should be a readme in teh zip file somewhere, it should tell you some of the basics of the game and engine. There's also a trick i just learned as of late, where you can hold ALT and press enter to instantly have the game change to or from full screen mode. Maybe you could copy and paste that in the readme, which can actually been see as soon as you open the zip file. Shots attached below. x)

  2. Well I've uploaded one mirror for Time Twisted with another following shortly. As of this demo the game consumes a lot of memory as my levels are very large and GM likes to load everything at once. I'll fix this issue by having levels load externally but it wasn't ready for SAGExpo. So if you are having issues running it try closing other programs down first. Besides that I am hope you guys enjoy the game. We've put a lot of work into it. =) Sonic Time Twisted SAGExpo Page

  3. Hey guys. I like making music, I like Sonic, Anyone need music for a Sonic fan game, I'm down. Just PM me here or on Soundcloud. While I don't have very many Sonic remixes, I have lots of music that sounds like it's from a sonic game. https://soundcloud.com/virix/botb-xte-rd3-v2-the-x-rug https://soundcloud.com/virix/angelic-cathedral More stuff: https://soundcloud.com/virix/tracks Even more stuff: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL93A486690CE26419 I'll be around.

  4. **PLEASE READ THIS FIRST** NINTENDO, SEGA, AND SONIC TEAM DID NOT MAKE THIS, AND ARE NOT WORKING ON IT. THESE THREE COMPANIES DID NOT MAKE THIS. NO BIG VIDEO GAME COMPANIES TOOK PART IN CREATING THIS. YOU ARE GIVEN THREE WAYS TO EXPLAIN IT, SO DON'T BOTHER CALLING ME OUT ON SOMETHING SO OBVIOUS. Hey everybody. I figured I'd start a project as simple as this; I have another Sonic game in the works, but it really has no direction at the moment. This is kinda a hoax, "What if Nintendo and SEGA teamed up and ported Sonic the Hedgehog to the Game Boy?." I'm working on it in Clickteam Fusion 2.5. Basically, it's gonna be very similar to the original Game Gear game, just some visual/audio differences. This is a very early work in progress, but feel free to let me know what you think about it. Here's a video of the intro sequence. I feel Nintendo would really use their intellect on visuals like they do in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. http://youtu.be/dK8LosPPQSk PS: I used Synthfont, a Gameboy soundfont, and some MIDIs to make the music.

  5. Sonic Mega Drive is the surprise of SAGE this year for me. I was expecting an above-average 'classic' styled game (which to be honest is what we get in bunches every year), but I was actually blown away from my initial expectations. The game's really fun, has great level design and the gimmicks are really great! Also, the art style works much better than I expected it to, and the sprite work for a lot of it was dang good. Very glad that I was surprised. Awesome job! Can't wait for more of this.

  6. Thanks, balla! Anyways, I've been getting help from the guys over at The VG Resource on deciphering how to make this look like a native Nintendo Game Boy game. Here are some visual changes I've made: I will probably fix Sonic. What I did was add contrast to the original sprite sheet (ripped by Technokami) and set the transparency settings in CF2.5 to monochrome. That's the result.

  9. I don't think I've posted a pic of myself in here yet. I have not heard of a comb before either. Also my bed is uber messy because I neglect it and bed services will one day come and take it away probably. Poor bed.
