Techokami Posted December 23, 2011 Report Share Posted December 23, 2011 So there's this site called Effect Games that provided an IDE and engine for making games that can be played in the browser with DHTML and JavaScript. Sound is played through HTML5 or Flash. Except they shut down. However, they open sourced their IDE and engine! Might be interesting to see what can be cooked up with this.
