[GM7] Background Help

I'm trying to add a background into a level where there is water present. I want to background to change when Sonic is under water. Much like in Launch Base Zone.

The background changes when Sonic is above water and is under water. I am using a background where there is sky and it looks kinda of weird under water so I created a water background. How would I be able to do this?

You could place the water background right underneath the water surface, but that won't look right unless your water has the Hydrocity 3D effect applied.

That will be the best way to do it. There is a hydrocity water tutorial on here somewhere for GM.
