Peel-out (probably a stupid question)

Hey i'm having a bit of trouble here, i've been trying to copy the events of the spindash and changing the controls but when i play the frame it doesn't work, i'm thinking i could be because the peel-out group is still deactivated, my problem really is that i can't find the event that makes the 'Player_MovementValue' (blue octigon with an M on it) set it's action value, could somone please help me out here thanks
