[help] Camera problems for act ends and such.

Is there a way to properly set boundaries for the camera and have it flow in and out smoothly and with out jerking or snapping into position?

I've had a few problems with it when trying to make the act end of world's test level, at first I kept killing myself for touching the bottom of the screen, but now it just snaps into the boundaries.
