rogueyoshi
theres many different ways to get your desired outcome, so post up your code for the transformation so i can give you the least intrusive code i can provide.
Slow_Motion
Its not rly a code. just basic transformation facing right = true trainsform into objShadowHitR and vise versa.
USC
Perhaps store the HP bar value in a separate variable, so it's uneffected by the switch between objects? Also, check the code for setting the inital value of the HP bar, and make sure it's not doing something like, say, setting it to 100 EVERYTIME a Shadow object is recreated. Hope that helps you find the bug.

Kain
Are you using the instance_change function (or equivilant D&D action)? If so, then you should be sure to set the "Perform events" option as off/0. If you're not doing the instance_change function, you probably should be.
