I found you some music that I think would really fit for Act 2 of Ocean Overlook: Floating Islands of Grand Beach Manitoba Sure it's not Sonic, but I was just listening to it and an image of Ocean Overlook immediately popped into my mind. What do you think?

Scatta sums it up perfectly. Would adding more characters to Superman 64 have made it any better? I didn't think so. How about adding an immersing, cinematic storyline? Nope. The same applies to any other game. If the game fails anyway, no amount of extras will make it better. The gameplay is the most important aspect.

It looks and sounds like someone really likes Mega Man. Sonic and Mega Man are an awesome combination!

I'm just looking at the outlines. I think that the last outline on the power section looks like Silver's hair. (The only other thing that it looks like is Yan Yan from Super Monkey Ball.) Sadly, Silver has already been spotted on some trailers, so he will be in the list. Billy is also in a trailer, and the last outline on the Fly section looks like the comb on his chicken suit.

The music may fit. I would have to hear it in the game before I can make a definite judgment. It's a very nice OCRemix though. (Along with many of DarkeSword's other remixes.) On the other hand, I think that it is terrible that the people at Sonic Style take the original remixer's name out of the MP3 tag and replace it with their own. Sure they leave the OCRemix url on there, but the remixer's credit is completely gone. Aylingling, it seems that all of those remixes are from OverClocked Remix. I would recommend that you look there instead of Sonic Style. You will find all of the Sonic remixes from Sonic Style there and probably some more.

I find it disgusting that movie writers are not intelligent enough to create original movies. It seems like almost every new movie is rather a remake or a sequel of an older movie. Can't the writers think for themselves instead or relying on others' ideas?

GameFAQs/Gamespot has become a real disappointment in the past year. (Maybe longer, but definitely a year.) They have really let their standards lapse. I have seen too many fake codes let through recently, and there have also been many legitimate codes removed/rejected. Then there is the issue that the new credits submission pages are not even monitored for joke submissions. These Gamespot reviews don't help things either. Really sad actually.

Blender 3D is a 3D modeling program that has a game engine built into it. There are also lots of tutorials on how to use the engine.

I knew it! It was just a matter of time before someone suggested that. I think that Aylingling means free AND legal.

I'd say Blender or Anim8or are your only choices. Did you try out Blender? Other than that, I am not sure what to tell you.

I hope that was sarcasm. But then again, Sonic XG has had so many cancellations, I would guess that another one wouldn't hurt.

I just played the demo again, and I would like to point out a minor graphical issue. When you break the capsule after the boss, the placement of the sprites for bears and birds is a little odd. At first it looks like the birds are strapped to little brown seats in the capsule. In the real games, the animals are kind of offset so you can see the heads of the ones in the back. Just a detail. Also, you guys are saying that you plan to release this game in 2008. Any idea when in 2008 that will be? (Later half of 2008, Q3, etc.) I usually don't ask that question, but since you brought it up, I figured that I would ask.

If you are looking for a free solution, I recommend Blender 3D. It does take a little while to figure out how to use it, but the results are amazing. There are all kinds of Blender tutorials on the 'net that are very helpful. I have also heard about a 3DS interface add-on that helps improve navigation. I haven't gotten around to testing it yet, but it is available here. Another benefit of Blender is that it has a game/physics engine built into it. (And tutorials are available for it too.) Hope that this is a help.

That is up to you to decide. Both solutions are free, so I would recommend that you just download them both and give a listen for yourself. That way you don't have to take someone else's opinion.

The plugin is for Winamp. It's free a media player that has an extensive library of plugins. What you would do is install Winamp and the vocal remover plugin, and then use the Winamp DiskWriter plugin to dump the output of the vocal remover to wave. Then you can convert it to whatever format you want. I am just throwing out suggestions, but I would recommend that you try both methods that I have mentioned and compare the results. One may sound better than the other.

Have you tried a software vocal remover? I am not sure of which one(s) work the best, but it may be worth looking around.

Since Robotnik is washed up on the island, how about something like Sonic Tides or Sonic Waves?

More info would be nice. It is hard to come up with a name based on just a few sentences.
