Sega? Stupid? Noooooo really? Anyway, 5 seconds of footage means nothing at all. In fact until people get to play the game you can't make a proper judgement. Far too many made that mistake with S2K6 and Unleashed...

Well my ME1 shep was a Soldier so i just went with that, easy to take down most things but having to use the sniper rifle to hit the last boss was a bit annoying (missed some ammo, stupidly used lots of beam for first part of boss). Seth Green is great as Joker, slightly annoyed my straight Femshep won't be able to romance him. Tali is always superior choice for Manshep. While annoying, you are gonna have to mine a few systems to upgrade the 'mission-critical' parts of the ship and team. No worries because apart from Element Zero every other material is easy to mine and in large quantaties.

I've already played through the whole thing with my Femshep. Best damn game I've played for a loooooong time. Ammo system was a bit annoying but only time I ever really had ammo issues was during the final boss. My Fempshep Spoiler times! EDIT:

Oh yeh, but knowing Sega they might keep the promise but put in one of the shitty characters like whoever was in Sonic Riders... The Sonic Cycle has now reached the point I'll say that you can make an opinion on how good it is once a gameplay video is released.

That always makes me lol, mostly because it's so relevant to so many game series.

Yeh, I'll be Captain Obvious and say you just cannot have a real opinion on it until you see gameplay footage or one or two critic reviews. So while the Sonic Cycle could be rolling again, there's always the chance it'll be broken. Also, Pikachu in a Sombreo, THAT'S a game i'd play!

Even on the handhelds they screwed it up, Advance 1 and 2 were sweet and the rest were average or horrible. Same can be said comparing Rush 1 and 2, at least in 1 i could stand the Blaze character...

Training up my Pokes, I thought there'd be Poliwags on Route 30 so I'd get a decent water type early, spent an hour searching around... I also checked out the Arceus Event at Ruins of The Alph (got Arceus in a trade, probably hacked but works). Got teleported to a temple in a snowy place, in a house i think Cynthia was telling me to put every Poke except Arceus in the PC. All i can say about the cutscene when you choose your legendary is it's like that weird trip Kyle from South Park has when he thinks he doesn't exist, Arceus's battle music and real photographs of cities and stuff from space flashing past. Though why Palkia kept showing up i don't know (I chose Dialga)... EDIT: Video of said event, I'd patch it but i havern't got a clue how to patch it so it'll work on my R4. That and I'm not really trusting links from 4chan.

Still waiting for the Japanese release but of course both games been leaked via 4chan's Japanese counterpart 2chan. Played up to first gym so far, awesome stuff but it freezes every now and then. Rivals Music rocks!

4 hours left and Bub and Bob are still ahead. Losing % slowly but that was expected, I did my bit by writing a voting macro, did the same thing with the Rick Astley for 'Best Act Ever' at the MTV Awards.

Also, from what I hear people try and predict the overall winner and one of the correct predictors wins £3000 (or $ i forget). So you see this carries another load of lulz

I'll try the Open Beta, been looking for a alternative to WoW so once I grab my shiny new PS3 slim I'll get the retail if it turns out good.

Thought I'd throw the announcement in here just in case people gave up looking on the main PP site for updates (for those not in the know, a cast member died last year and production just....stopped). Pure Pwnage TV Series Coming to Showcase in Canada (around 2010, 8 episodes) http://www.showcase.ca/blog/archive/2009/8/6/pure-pwnage-comes-to-showcase.aspx Considering the fanbase of the show it surprises me it's taken this long to secure a TV series. I'm pretty excited about this, might not exactly be everyones cup of tea but for long time followers, this news is both awesome and a relief.
