Ok, this is confusing for me (I know nothing about the lbs measure). I picked up 40 kg though yesterday. I could've picked up more but I had broken my arm and had it in a cast for 5 weeks just 1 month ago and there was a lot of muscle wastage. I'm a mountain bike rider so my legs so I guess I'd go well in the leg press. EDIT: Just pay me out a bit more guys. >_>
