  1. I'll say it yet again: I still don't like how the foreground here looks like a bunch of pillars sticked together. The GGZ3 background looks fine, but you might want to make the stars less pixelated if that's possible.
  2. I'd go for the purple-pink version, but you should darken it a bit.
  3. So I (apparently) just beat the Parhelion Peak boss... and it just keeps rumbling forever after the purple bot explodes. What am I supposed to do? EDIT: playing it on story mode seemed to get the bug to fix itself. I have no idea what happened.
  4. So, I made it to Cyan City act 2 after getting the fourth chaos emerald. I spawned in some wall and got stuck over it. Maybe the fact that the stage switched just as sonic hit one of those vertical springs is to blame? Also, the main menu lists both the spindash and the peel-out as "jump+down". EDIT: the game seems to enjoy bombing me with an error saying "Cannot create file in temporary directory!" when I start it. and the save file is called ATSave hahahaha EDIT2: And the thing orbiting those orbinauts in CCZ2 doesn't disappear immediately when I destroy them. By the way, the difficulty curve for the special stages feels all over the place. I had more trouble with SS2 than with SS5... EDIT3: I just saw sonic use his horizontal spinning animation on a vertical pole in TTZ1. I had the kirby power, by the way. And jumping into a giant ring with a fire shield allows you to completely break the special stage.
  5. I like the new style, but it looks a little too flattened. I suggest you bring back the taller trees and mountains while keeping the new color scheme. The actual floor could use some height variation too. The floor is still pillars and pillars and pillars argh
  6. It's kind of weird how the background follows you underwater. You should place some foreground tiles so that the sky isn't visible underwater.
  7. And so suddenly Hot n' Cold is for Horizon Heights. Stop being so confusing!
  8. I'd say that the grass behind the mountains shouldn't be there. You might also want to give the trees and grass right in front of said mountain some more perspective effect; it looks a little as it they were painted on the mountain. I find the foreground to be a little off. I'd suggest making the Hill Top trees' trunks a bit shorter compared to their overall height. I don't like how the main ground Sonic is standing on seems to be made of small pillars stuck together; you should find some way to get rid of that effect. Still, this level looks really nice. There's a silly cut-off on the top-left of the big cloud on the right.
  9. Looking at the general blue color and the crystals, maybe something like Cobalt Cavern?
  10. Those grey guys sure have strange faces.
  11. So, it seems that jumping while in Redhot Ride act 2's lava after a fire dash is quite a challenge. Also, I found a weird item box in Horizon Heights act 1 that gave me a blue shield, which went yellow, then red, then disappeared and destroyed all the on-screen enemies. What in the universe is that supposed to be? EDIT: I can record the game fine, but do note that I get slowdown in some levels.
