  1. Looks a bit more like a standard grunt than the main villain. Maybe like enemy guards?
  2. Thanks! about the shift key, you should really turn off your sticky keys, it even says that when you first start the game. Also while the homing attack is a nice feature to have, I won't be adding huge chains in place of level segments. That section near the end is just to demonstrate that it works.
  3. He uses Sai to draw it, and then somehow applies awesome halftones.
  4. He's right, it's almost completely linear save for some hidden rooms with items in them. However those bounce panels are extremely annoying.
  5. I hope you guys were joking, what else would it be reflecting onto?
  6. Cleberson, I'll PM you, you seem to have gotten the issues fixed in Evolution.
  7. Yes, I saw you got it work somehow...
  8. I know, I just meant it's really not worth starting an argument over. Anywho, does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the water issue?
  9. I'd assumed he had made it as the url I got it from was his sonicstrike site.. Also Cleberson implied his ownership, but that's not all that important...
  10. I tried that earlier, completely screwed the whole thing up. I'm sure blazefire can help, he made it after all.
  11. Set the water level to 3000 and then see what I mean.
  12. I like sparkling stadium, also Jettezu, that background looks great with the edited trees.
  13. The treeline's coloring is off, you need to edit it to match the bg
  14. -toys with background- eh? you could easily animate the water with the perspective tool. this is just a mockup.
  15. So I have Blazefire's water scaling example, it works fantastically. but the problem I'm having is that whenever I set the water level to something high, say 3800 for example, the whole thing gets messed up. Is there any way I could fix this? Example MFA: http://puu.sh/fCKI
  16. I'll echo that. It seems the older I get the less appeal they hold, of course I can still find games I enjoy, but I don't get the same high I used to. This is either a personal conflict or the fact that they just don't make games like they used to. I still love the games I enjoyed when I was younger. This might just be nostalgia, but I've been genuinely excited for Luigi's mansion 2, I loved the original.
  17. Oh sorry, messed that up, I meant Portuguese... that's embarrassing...
  18. Actually Google translate does a splendid job of Spanish to English and then back again.
  19. That's really easy actually, have an active object as the background wall, and set it so when sonic is a certain speed and is overlapping the wall object, the ground physics turn off, and the wall running physics activate. Set it so if his speed drops below a certain number he'll drop.
  20. I've tried to do this before and eventually gave up on it from lack of replies, I noticed cleberson has successfully gotten his background to stay on the scaling water, it moves with it when he gets close to the water, and stays in place when he's far away. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4bypX9Ah9aw&feature=youtu.be This was also achieved in sonic nexus I've gotten the water to scale correctly, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the background to stay with it. Is there an example somewhere that everyone but me knows about?
