axeldoll
Does anyone know how to do a background remaining in a certain place?. I mean that the fund does not follow sonic in the Y position
Sir Spacebar
Set the Alterable Value E of your BG System object(s) to 1. They will remain in place. You can also do this for Alterable Value D so the x axis would remain in place.

axeldoll
and Why it exists only 0-1 and not a slower speed in the X displacement?
ZigZaX
You can use decimals in between the 0-1, like, 0.1, 0.01, 0.23, etc depending on how slow you want it; the smaller the difference between the scrolling the more decimals you want to use, like, if you want it to move faster than 5, but slower than 6 you can do something like 0.
