Floofy
I've heavily modified the sonic worlds engine. I'm almost done, but I can't for the life of me figure out how the scoring is handled. Would it be in a separate section or what? I checked the rings, as the score goes up by 100 on each ring collected, but the events don't touch on scoring at all. If someone could resolve this soon, it'd be much appreciated.
TailsSena
What kind of object is the score counter? An active, a counter, or a score object? Each would be handled very differently.

I'm not sure exactly, I know that the visual for the score is a counter, but I'm not sure if something is going on in the background, and then setting the counter to that number. TailsSena
No. Check it's properties! What kind of object is it? Score will be connected to a player, counter and active are independent. Actually, just imgur a screenshot of what comes up under it's runtime and general properties.
luksamuk
The score is handled on the Score value on the Player 1 object. Just check out the scoring code on the events, and you'll see that.
