Stritix
http://sonicredux.com/2013/05/08/3d-sonic-the-hedgehog-coming-to-the-3ds/ The original Sonic the Hedgehog has been announced to be coming to the 3DS eShop very shortly with a bunch of new features. The new Sonic 1 port features the ability to play the game in 3D, gives you the option to customize the controls, adjust between Japanese and "overseas" versions, the option to toggle the spindash, and much more. Taxman has also confirmed that he isn't involved with this port via twitter. The game is set to be released on May 15th in Japan, costing 600 Yen. We have no information on when (possibly if) there will be a western release. Sources: SEGA of Japan and Taxman's Twitter Two Sonic 1 ports on the way? Interesting. I'll be picking it up if it does hit Europe's 3DS eShop.
