How do you run a blazefire check? Thats kind of funny to me. The only way I can see that happening is by checking his IP adress and email similarities.

Yea this topic is going to be closed with out information and screens at least.

Wii Homebrew has been making serious strides
Icecreamkid replied to DimensionWarped's topic in Video Game Discussion
Wow thats pretty cool. I have to try that. -
Yeah that sounds dumb. I love Garfield why would they do such a thing.
-
Lol, I'm not taking it seriously. I know you weren't serious.
-
And why exactly is that Sereph?

Lol, So this has become a pokemon topic now. Well if thats the case I might as well join in. I was always the crazy little girl who played the card game just to win other kids best cards and then sell them for alot of money. I did the same thing when Yugioh came out. I guess I loved money so much I would make a profit off of anything. My favorite card was always the Squirtle. Even on Pokemon Blue on GB I would always use Squirtle for some reason. Also I just now remembered that Pokemon XD for the Gamecube was kind of a weird game. I never liked it because you had to turn the shadow pokemon to regular pokemon to use their regular attacks. It was kind of gay after a while. You would spend like 100+ hours alone just trying to purify your own shadow pokemon.

The Genesis Sonic Engine! (GM6.1 Registered)
Icecreamkid replied to Chaos Rush's topic in Game Project Showcase
Your Genesis engine is very good. It definatly feels authentic to S3&K. This can come in handy big time. Especially making Knux climb and glide. -
I had to get the wost April Fools Prank ever today. Some friends gave me a taco from Taco Bell saying that they didn't want it anymore so I took it and took a bite. But before I did I there was white stuff in it that looked like sour cream, so anyway when I took a bite the taco tasted cool and then spicy and while the whole class was laughing. I found out that the white stuff in the taco was Colgate toothpaste. So I swallowed toothpaste, it was so nasty. And I was so mad. I haven't swallowed a whole lot of toothpaste since I was like 4 years old.

This game is hella awesome. The hard look of the charcaters is new. But the music, gameplay, and graphics are all awesome. One thing that is so impressive is when you go through a look and the camera rotates. That was so cool. I have never seen that done before. Good job 9/10.

Ok I got an error on Marble Garden Zone which says: Error in action 1 of Step Event for objDeathWallSensor And it says unknown variable x. This game is very solid though. The lightspeed dash you're using is kinda like mine in my game. It makes the player go through walls. The level tiles is nice as well. The music is also a strong point so far. Keep up the good work!

You know thats a good idea to make a remake of Sonic 1 in Advance style. I'll try this demo out...
-
That background is just beautiful Rael. I like it alot.
-
Yea I'd say Game Maker is the best in terms of most maybe all the features you want. Handling variables in GM is exellent as well. Also the level designer is great as well. So you should check it out.

Sonic PcX Test Play / Tutorial (available on page 4)
Icecreamkid replied to z3d's topic in Game Project Showcase
Yeah that is true, the best way to have spriters make tiles for you is if your game is popular enough like SA:R, and I think it is the same thing with Sonic Nexus. People were more than happy to make tiles for SA:R as of what I saw on the Sonic Stadium forums. But your game looks absolutely fantastic. Keep up the good work! -
Lol, that Luigi pic is funny. I've been wanting to play this game for sometime. The combat looks deep and awesome just like how it is in the PoP(Prince of Persia) series. And all those acrobatic move off of high places looks awesome. I really don't care how repetitive the game may be because Crackdown was very repetitive and I think it was a cool game as well.

I remember seeing blazefire's name on numerous forums like GMC, but I was just wondering what he did? I'm curious.

Generic Sonic fangame, name pending
Icecreamkid replied to ShootingStar's topic in Game Project Showcase
Those screens look nice. I can't tell but did you model that Sonic model yourself or did you rip it from a Sonic game? -
I definatly remember since I played just about all your Sonic fan games. I thought that Sonic Kaos was legendary even though your Thirdscape series was much better visually and technically. Sonic Kaos has some sort of style that was priceless also the gameplay was exellent, so thats why I think I loved it so much.

Sonic DL Adventure - Beta 0.1 disponible
Icecreamkid replied to P3DR0's topic in Game Project Showcase
Dude that Shadow vid was sick. Shadow's Chaos Control is so sweet to use. This is going to be a great game I know it. -
Yeah I have no idea if that game is being worked on as well.

God of War alternatives/decent action games?
Icecreamkid replied to Khorney's topic in Video Game Discussion
I never played the 3rd Prince of Persia game but I did play the 2nd one called Warrior Within, and it was a highly awesome game. The combat was amazing, and the storyline was amazing. The environments were also awesome. So if you should check out that game. and the other two. Also the Ninja Gaiden series is a great game. They have a new one coming out soon for the 360. But the one on the original Xbox was amazing as well. But the boss battles were kind of hard, if I remember correctly. -
(GAME MAKER) Collecting Rings and showing it.
Icecreamkid replied to ZFG's topic in Game Project Assistance
To make it draw in the view just replace the x and y coordinates with view_xview & view_yview, and then use +s then a number to position the HUD to a certain position on the screen. -
Shadow using Chaos Blast, this attack basically destroys all enemys in the players view.
-
My guess on what your screen shots mean, is maybe you can use knuckles as your partner and maybe command him to bypass certain parts of a level that Sonic can't quite access, and switch things on. Thats my wild guess but I'm probally way wrong. It looks cool though.
