  1. Nothing personal... but another thing I was supposed to say is that this song sucks hard dicks >:
  2. Finished it yesterday. It took me some work, though. I was only able to get ONE Time Stone, in another savegame that I'm currently playing with Tails. Taxman made me kinda angry, though. I noticed that this version of Sonic CD takes a little more time to make the Time Travel. This comment may seem idiotic, but it really affected the experience. I had to figure out another ways to make the Time Travel on Zones like Wacky Workbench Zone 1. EDIT: I got the Good Future in all levels, without reading a guide this time (it doesn't mean that I didn't go back to the Main Menu every time I fucked up a Time Travel, but it's ok). Congratz to me. Êeeeeee.
  3. I have some news, but I'm pretty much sure my GamerCard on my signature already tells what it is. I couldn't solve the problem with the screen, even deleting it and re-downloading, but tbh, I don't give a fuck. It's very good and plays very smoothly. And yeah, these UFOs are a pain in the ass to kill; I stopped on Quartz Quadrant this afternoon entering Special Stages on almost every act. Still, no Time Stones. But I love the SS's framerate. But, honestly, I don't have problems getting a Good Future on every Zone by destroying every Robot Teleporter and Metal Sonic Hologram. As I might have said earlier, I once finished the game with some "guides" to do that, so I know exactly what to do on everyone of them. I'll finish it and play it again without worrying about it, maybe even travelling to the Bad Futures and messing around.
  4. Fuzzies from Yoshi's Island (: OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S HERE Downloading now too.
  5. Either really loud or really low. The how much I increase the volume to play S1 is an absurd. Although it seems like it's been corrected - but only on S3 and S&K. Yah, maybe the emulation causes the delay and the sticky feeling, after all.
  6. The TV box says it doesn't support full-HD, what means it supports 720p or 1080i, but not 1080p. I don't give a fuck about this, brazillian sellers are dumb and never give us the right answers. EDIT: Man, I just noticed that the controls are much more tight than with those Sonic 1, 2, 3 and S&K ports (the so called Sega Vintage Collection). In these games I just mentioned, Sonic seems so... heavy
  7. I love the way you talk to me, Slingerland :V I am playing the Demo for Xbox LIVE Arcade. My TV is a fullscreen non-full-HD 32" LCD. My Xbox settings are also set to Fullscreen. Still the game is centered with a black border on all four corners. EDIT: DAT "I'M OUTTA HERE"
  8. @Raz: True. SO YEAH BOYS, it's already here. Available on XBL for 400 MSP, PSN for £3.59 and iOS for £2.99 (found the last two prices on PowerSonic.com.br.) I took a little look at the demo, since everybody seems to be ignoring this. It seems okay, and I somehow felt that it was much more worth buying than DAT SO EXPENSIVE Sonic Generations. Man, I am totally getting this. My only complaints are that the screen IS NOT Fullscreen (black squares around the game window MUST die). The Time Travel seems awkward a bit too, compared to the very old Mega/Sega CD version: It takes one fraction of second more for Sonic to travel, making you wonder if you're gonna make it; and the game doesn't freeze while the transitions are running. But I'm cool with that. I am TOTALLY getting this. This and LIMBO; I finally spent money buying MSPs. Taxman made a great job here. Although I saw some noticeable differences on it compared to the old version (OK OK THIS IS NOT A PORT); the cross gimmick (on the loops) work in a different way. Maybe to prevent bugs. I remember jumping on it and seeing Sonic's 2.5D animation playing in air, like if he was jumping and I was seeing him from behind, but I'm cool with that. PS. Can someone tell me the difference between the image filters? I dunno if that's because I played the trial, but I saw no differences on it.
  9. HÃP BURFZ Winnie the Pooh and Gungriffon Geona (Sorry GG, couldn't think of any joke with your name)
  10. WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Just make it look more HD-ish than pixelated. That oughta give you some job, too >: is this sonic over the sequel?
  11. I swear I thought it was a gadget for Google Chrome. Nice remastered version you got here btw.
  12. ... Boy, and I thought these kind of problems would never happen again :I
  13. One sec for a joke before it goes? Sorry I couldn't let it go
  14. It seemed familiar to me, but I'm unsure where this comes from.
  15. What's the difference between C and D, anyway?
  16. Not everything is lost, though. While browsing the same website, I could find games costing R$ 49,90 (US$ 27,94) in physical media. I bought Mirror's Edge on demand on Xbox LIVE by a price of R$ 39,90 (US$ 22,34), and that's the cheapest I could find. Don't wonder at that, we're by far the country that mostly pay taxes for the government. And, in imported products, well, they take the opportunity to abuse. At least now the videogames prices seem to be lowering, as now there's an Xbox 360 factory here (Lowest price, 4GB Slim console, nothing special, is still R$ 799 - or US$ 447,39. But it's still a considerable reduction, since I bought mine in the old days: R$ 1350 or US$ 755,92). So yeah, Ken "Puffy" Balofo said Brazil is King Pirate of videogames and media. Yes we are. Because of taxes. (But personally, I only buy original videogames on my console. That's probably why people ask me if I played anything and I always say "no".)
  17. It seems cool to me, but it jsut doesn't feel much classic, feels like Spinball-styled. Glossy.
  18. Nice tuto, DerZocker. Kinda helpful for me too. (WHERE'S THE REP BUTTON WHEN YOU NEED IT) @Sparks: I vote for B too. Though I couldn't see a difference between C and D.
  19. What? You should've known that things always come late for us. EDIT: I didn't mean to be rude, sorry.
  20. Took me a while finding the badnik's name, but the Japanese name for it is "Tentou". Not sure what it means. Your edit seems great. Nothing much else to say, I just think you can do more... I'd like to know what more you got. Maybe bigger edits.
  21. Quick news for whoever is brazillian on this Forum. If you want to buy Sonic Generations, it'll be available only at 12/9 (or 09/12), but pre-order is already here. Links on Saraiva.com for PS3, X360 and 3DS versions. Though it is SO EXPENSIVE that I'd rather buy a pot of icecream and have fun alone in the weekend. [For you guys that don't understand, R$ 199 = approx. US$ 111,36]
  22. The one on right seems better. The centered light source of the star and the smaller size made it less bright on the corners, making the blue ball seem "more important", IMO. Strange how little details can affect a whole sensation. But still, you are the creator, you'll have to see if it really fits on your levels. Sometimes, things shown separated from the entire concept can mean something much more different.
  23. @Sparks: Making the post slightly smaller could help, perharps. Still, I find that most part of the oddity is on the rounded part with a star, which is actually from another variety of Checkpoint Post. Maybe you just have to get used to it, since you're mixing a Sonic 1 style with a Sonic 3 style.
