  1. Like this: Sentence blah blah blah. Something else etc etc. ONE capital after each dot. Are you sure? Search more, or look around other Sonic Fangame forums.
  2. If it isn't in SFGHQ, use Google. Also, you only need to capitalize the first letter in each sentence. :-/
  3. My god, don't CAPITALIZE everything for God's sake. Use the Search button.
  4. That's quite innovating. Oh, yeah, and what does RX mean?
  5. Well, that depends a lot in the computer. Once I made a speed test at 1024x768, it did work well, but when I tried it in another computer (AMD 1.2ghz 256MB RAM) it screwed up. The Machine-independent speed thing never gave any differences, really. If you're making a Sonic game, even 800x600 is too much, since the Genesis resolution is 320x224, and the GBA's 240x160. Unless your graphics are totally custom, you'll have problems due to sizes. And almost everyone has 1024x768, except for some laptop users or people who uses 800x600 because they can't read well at a high resolution. (In these situations, all the PCs I saw supported 1024x768).
  6. The one on the left of the screen (which is fragmented) and the one in the top-right corner.
  7. Merry Christmas! Feliz Navidad! etc. I got a portable MP3 player now. More stuff on the way.
  8. Nice. I would like to try it. MetaRus, you didn't still explain these 2 gauges... ...I'm curious, what do they indicate?
  9. That's quite right. Dev only has some extra extensions, MDI support, the ability to export to Java mobile or something like that (upcoming feature) and the different Runtime agreement.
  10. Is there still a link to that demo thing?
  11. Maybe, but I don't think it'll be called Sonic Worlds, since SW is actually a project, and not just a generic engine. And as for which is better, I think we'll never have the answer. My opinion: MMF[-------------------------------]GM Easy to use [-----------------------]Powerful Faster[-----------------------------]Just 20$! yay! Best: None. Each one has its pros and cons.
  12. That's true. There are many good GM games (BraSonic for example).
  13. The java exporting function is now in beta test in the clickteam forums.
  14. MMF, MMF2, it's the same base. But obviously the version 2.0 is better than 1.
  15. He just says it because he's angry. Like a child screaming.
  16. Yay for MMF. That city bg looks Advance-ish. Or maybe it's a custom.
  17. Sockman, you can try using Camstudio to record, which is free. It works pretty well, and you can save as SWF too. http://camstudio.org Nice project by the way. Same here.
  18. Well, the guns aren't really Sonic-y. But if they're used correctly (a special item or something, not permanent), it could work. Is 'Game Creator' another game making program? (MetaRus' SFG specialty says Game Creator)
  19. Cool. By the way, is the game window resizable?
  20. I hope there isn't a 3.0 coming up...
  21. It looks better, yes. You know, the GBA resolution is 240x160. Now that would be a pain. Good change.
  22. OGGs are slightly smaller than MP3s. If you want to edit WAV/MP3/WMA etc. and convert them to OGG, you can use Audacity, a free audio editing program. http://audacity.sourceforge.net
  23. Good. If you need something else, just ask.
  24. It looks pretty good MetaRus! What are these two gauges? (the splitted one and the colored one) Good backgrounds too! Did you make them? This has great potential. Keep up the good work.
  25. To learn more about a racing game stuff, you should check out Clwe's Zone Racer (It's open-source, go to Google, type 'Clwe' and go to his site). It does not use Mode7 but it has many interesting functions. Off-topic: The screenshot of the tutorial in the main page has a Sonic styled XP theme. Where did it come from?
