mmmmm , I have start 1- create all position walk sprite of sonic (ALL DIRECTION POSSIBLE). 2- cut the loop in parts , create an Active Object for this. 3- create one Calculator Direction. 4-create a SENSOR mask and SENSOR for direction. WAV not good , WAV is so BIG file , use mp3 or OGG Vorbis File you saved MIDI files in other local? Use MIDItoMP3 for pass music , not wav , wav so big file.
