It's alright, but you could reduce the amount of shades on Sonic's mouth, and get rid of the cyan color on his eyes. Waste of color data. Also, I'd brighten his farthest hands. I don't think it'd be that dark unless his hand was WAY away.

No, looks quite odd (Dumb if you really want it that way). A pixel down and a larger iris/pupil would've been better.

Ofcourse, you can see it by the air-hump pose of the sprite.

You have quite some colors and tons of shades to use, it's WAY too plain.

As stated above, the arms are too long even for Sonic, however, one of the major flaws is with his anatomy. Anybody standing like that and they'd fall down quickly, next time, build a wireframe skeleton of the character (In a pose, try being in the pose yourself before spriting it). The running is also very exaggerated, nobody in their right mind would run like that unless it's for comedical purposes in an anime. Also, why the green shade for Super Sonic? Why? His head seems to turn slightly to face us, and a bit sideways, but his body is somewhat similar but still different. You'll need to revise this a lot, I'm sorry. Also, the majority of the poses wouldn't work right if you dared try it yourself, the way it looks, it seems a bit impossible. EDIT: Also, his fists are HUGE! 0.o;

There's a sort of confused light source thing going on between the head/helmet and the pillar. The head IS illuminated from the left side, but the pillar is darkened from the left side, but, illuminated from the center.

Er, no. It might look like it, but if you would draw a straight line underneath the eyes, they'd both be on the same level. Tilt the head a bit, do the same, they'd be still on the line. So I suggest he should lower that eye down by a few pixels atleast. 3-4 should do.

Does anybody read into posts these days? "looks like", while it might imply that you DID, you did NOT, and it looks like that because it painfully sticks out against the background.
