Where are these awesome sprites from?

See the attached file. There was this site that had a TON of sprites, from many different games and anime. They were all in card form, as a single sprite for novelty purposes. I saved a few because I was going to work on some Super Smash Bros. sprites, but now I want to see more of them, and I can't find the site. Please, if anyone knows a link to that site, I would really appreciate it. The site also wasn't in English either, but it was easily navigated. EDIT: The attached picture is pretty small in my browser, not actual size. The cards look bigger than they might appear there, as the text is readable.

Is a Sonic RPG do-able in GF?

Does anyone know if it's done before? Not necessarily in a Sonic game, but any other Games Factory game? -
I wanted to make an RPG game with Sonic in the Games Factory. I wanted it to be more along the lines of the Super Mario RPGs, where you can do "timed hits." That's why I opted for GF rather than RPG Maker. I was experimenting with global values to assign HP and stats to. Just wondering if this has ever been done before.
