  1. I used to envy Silver just cause of Aeroblast, but now I can get it back with heartscales so I'm cool with it now. Gold baby!
  2. Pink skirt and boots made her look like a High School prep girl. You know, the girls that walk around texting and sh** thinking they look pretty. I can totally imagine her walking down a hallway texting on a sidekick. But I digress.
  3. It is just me or are the girls for each game getting girlier and girlier? I thought Dawn was the line, but I guess I was wrong. Dawn totally rocked something you would see in high school. All she needed was a Sidekick and she'd be set. lol
  4. News: Kris (aka Crystal) isn't the female choice coupled with Gold. Its a new girl. http://archives.bulbagarden.net/w/upload/9/9d/HGSS_Soul.png Plus Gold has a new look. He's not fat anymore
  5. Because it was so unexpected. In the first game the S.S. Anne ditched you leaving you to wonder where the bastards went. Then in G/S you take another ride and find out why you had to get off in the first game in the first place: It led to another region entirely. It was the same feeling as getting a xbox for your birthday when your mom said you were getting clothes instead.
  6. There were so many things that stood out when playing the game: -Berry's were introduced in vagina looking flower like bushes. They were the new healing items and there were new balls you could make from them. But dammit, did it take forever for that old man to finish them -Falkner was the first flying gym leader and I must say, he was badass. Mud slap made him annoying to fight but once you got the move you would laugh at all the times your opponent would miss while they were devoured by mud. On that note there's also the other gym leaders who used different types which were cool: Bugsy, (who I thought was a girl for the longest) Whitney, (aka that bitch with the Miltank. Its just clefairy, then boom big a$$ cow.) Morty, (That Gengar...) Jasmine, (Don't even think about fighting her if you didn't have flame wheel with Quilava.) Chuck, (and his Hypnosis happy Poliwrath.) Bryce, (Easy old geezer) and finally Claire... Ohhhh Claire and her raping Kingdra. -The new pokemon you could mess around with as well as types. Also the new ways you could encounter a pokemon, like headbutting the f**ker out of a tree. - A catchable Red Gyarados. - Ho-oh and his All healing Sacred Ash item, and Lugia and his Aeroblast. - Finding that the game wasn't over when you faught all the gyms, and you could go back to Kanto AND get the badges from the old Gym leaders. Is that awesome, or is that awesome? - Red. (Also Gary/Blue apparently is the Gym leader of Viridian.)
  7. Ste-range, isn't i-! *shot* Because it took place in a japanese setting, it it gave an old feudal japan feel. Maybe its just me but it just felt very different and old fashion, despite there being high tech shit. Maybe it was the music too.
  8. The reason this game was a gigantic landmark for the pokemon world is because of the entire environmental feel the game had. It actually took place in a Japanese setting and the colors were so vivid. The other games felt futuristic and kind of Americanized, while Gold and Silver felt like you took a giant step back in time, despite the story taking place 4-5 years in the future in the pokemon world. Once I get my hands on this game, I will not put it down. At all. I'm excited just to see the trailer for this major beast.
  9. And the clouds opened up and an angelic chorus sang the greatest hymn ever conceived. This is the greatest news, ever.
  10. Ever think I might wanna buy something over the internet? Like an old game that's not in stores anymore?
  11. This was an alright Birthday. Quiet, but I enjoyed it. I saw Wolverine, and I got $20. My aunt's at a casino currently so maybe if she wins, I'll get more. I was aiming for a 360, but looks like that plan blew up entirely in my face. If I get the amount I think I'm gonna get, then I might as well buy Platinum and then used the rest on a pre-pay gift card.
  12. If that's the case then he'd also be a vampire. "Drink my blood in remembrance-"
  13. Welcome to the party. The chip bowl is almost empty and the clown's drunk in the pool
  14. I've always considered Smash Bros. more of a party game than a fighting game...
  15. This summer... Will Ferrell will meet his new daddy... or should I say: Mama. Good Cop, Baby Cop
  16. Haha, lucky me bitches~ I've always wondered what it would be like to have soap shoes though. However: does anyone remember those pale vanilla benches from Elementary school? Well whenever we went out and it had rained or moisture had dampened the playground, we would have fun with the slickness and slide across the edges of them by the indents in our shoes. Though this was before Sonic Adventure 2 was even a thought.
  17. Rule of Thumb. The fatalities and finishing moves have to be in the list since its supposed to be nostalgic.
  18. Killer Instinct isn't top 10 material? Pfft-hahahaha! You're funny. You're funny... The list seemed biased to me. Of course everyone knew Street Fighter was gonna win, but there were games they should've been switched around. Such as Samurai Showdown and KOF. I understand SS was the first to execute weapon based combat, bit KOF is still alive and kicking and even still played in tournaments. Don't know what they were thinking there... And the only reason why people toss Killer Instinct is cause either they didn't know how to play, or they didn't have their precious saving grace in the game: Throwing.
  19. They did. Its called Metal Gear Solid 4.
