  1. The least you can do is make sure the background isn't covering 80% of the screen. Just because you find it okay, doesn't mean we all will. Posting screenshots and not taking criticism is bad. It's going to give the players a great distaste if you keep it like the screenshots. Especially with characters that rely on speed.
  2. Any chance I could borrow some mercury mine tilesets? They're looking really snazzy and I would love to have a look.
  3. may i remind everyone that i'm very bad at art in general and this was the first time I actually did original tilesets. References were probably in because I'm a very unoriginal thinker.

  5. This happened to me some time ago. Check your frame. Did any actives dissappear? Did a layer suddenly fuck itself over? Maybe check your event editor in case of a bad event. Then delete it.
  6. This is my final tileset for emerald falls. Thanks InfinityAlex for reminding me that blandness is a no-no.
  7. My first attempt at custom tiles. Everything sprited by me except sanic and the 1 up icons and the numbers and the x. shading is not my speciality.
  8. ??? I, actually made the tileset from scratch and just remade the green hill checkerboard hillsides. I didn't know something like that existed. Mind if you share a link of the original tiles? I'll change it for the final release. also I stared work on this act about 30 minutes ago.
  9. Started work on Act 2 of Emerald Falls Zone. Fixed the pee water. (also stage y u display act 1 instead of act 2)
  10. iirc. Worlds Delta 1.3 and above uses HWA for the title screen, fade effects and titlecard.
  11. Ahh, that means that you're running an older build of mmf2 without Hardware Accelleration (HWA) implemented. Try updating your copy.
  12. Looks great! Although in my opinion the hud strays too much from the classic sonic style. I would have liked it if it was a bit simpler, but that's just me.

  15. Hey guys, I need help. How do you implement a time limit in Sonic Worlds 1.4.3 APS? I want it to count down from 2:00. I think it has something to do with the GameTimer object, but I don't know.

  17. Set the Alterable Value E of your BG System object(s) to 1. They will remain in place. You can also do this for Alterable Value D so the x axis would remain in place.
  18. So I made a system where you unlock new shit and 'billities for each chaos emerald you find. For example, if you get the 1st chaos emerald you get a miniboost abillity.

      I haven't played sonic 1 remastered, but yeah. Chaos Emeralds will finally have another use other than plot gimmicks or super sonic activators.

  21. Please make the new mechanics implemented in the new Sonic Worlds update something I can easily recreated in 1.4.3, because I don't like to port my progress again.

  22. What I hate about sonic worlds update is the need to constantly port my progress onto the new engine. HNNGHHH THE FRUSTRATION.

  23. Title screen for ya. Also I am aware of the "Press Start" being in a layer behind the characters themselves. I will attempt to post a gif of the title screen in motion. (also does anybody have sheets of the splash effect from the beginning of sonic 3 when super sonic flies over the water, cuz the waterrun particle is a placeholder until I can find it.)
  24. Not to sound overly critical, but do you already have progress on the game itself? As the screenshots you show are usually just mockups. I would love to see how the game itself is progressing.
