  3. Nope, but we'll have a badnik that does that! No to the ivy, looks slapped on. Also I would suggest changing the mountains color, to give a contrasting color (brown? red? blue?)

  7. I'm liking the newest design a lot more! As for the base, is it meant to be a tiny checker design?
  8. Well I didn't mean the actual monitor screen itself, I mean the TV around it. I'd suggest making it bulkier so that there's more room for shading detail.
  9. It's an improvement, but the basic design still hinders it from looking good as such a small sprite.
  10. You need a consistent light source (the shading of the TV is one way, but the reflection on the monitor is another), and I say give it more contrast. Anti-aliasing would also probably help. For the design itself, I would recommend using some artistic license to make it more appealing as a sprite, if you get my mean.
  11. I like the idea of the furnace! Maybe if Sonic gets hurt by the flames, it launches him through the chimney to another route? Aaaah to be fixed! Oops.
  12. Curious question, will all this content be at SAGE? Also, I meant how you keep such a steady work ethic. Some days I lose motivation or lack inspiration. :X I think that cripples me more than my skills or enjoyment of actually designing sprite gimmicks and levels. You go at it nonstop though, which I find impressive!

  15. I like the bubble gum ball badnik. Does Sonic get covered in gum if he gets hit? Would be a way to slow down the player. :V
  16. Good to see some solid screens Delta, the widescreen definitely brings a fresh twist, but it seems the cemera is having difficulty keeping Sonic in a good spot.
  17. Gotta love that little turtle in the cab of the engine. It's not often you see train themed levels. :V
  18. Taxman used the tiles which were made by Esrael (Sonic 2 Delta), which he allows free use, if I recall correctly.

  20. That's the same error I had when I tried to play Blazehedgehogs demo awhile back, and after trying those same "fixes."
  21. Lookin neat so far Delta, reminds me a bit too much of a Tidal Tempest clone though; give it some spice. Also, seems odd to have a hill go right into a spike! Dwapook, any reason why Tails has his AoStH colors..? Chronic, not sure what the character is, but the level and atmosphere gives me a Mega Man vibe!
  22. Overbound made a great tutorial awhile ago about making tiles with "layers," but I can't seem to find it. As for the shipping containers, they need weathering and dimension. Have them sprited at a side instead of directly facing the camera.
