  1. Yeah, I don't think that I used to visit here under Boodles, umm, I think that I have used a few names in the past... I think that here I used the name Buduls a bit. Anyway I was quite a lurker, not posting all that often, and I never went on IRC or anything like that so it doesn't surprise me that you wouldn't remember me anyway. So, I have sent you an email via this board with a link to what I've uploaded... I can't seem to use the PM function until I post more, which I really don't plan to.
  2. Wow, I come to this site again for my yearly visit and I see that TFH still lives.. awesome. Reading through the history was interesting, it got me wanting to play some of those old demos... so I did. Fun stuff! I found a lot of old fangame stuff in the dark depths of my computer, I've probably deleted quite a few builds of this but I still have a large number of them. Hmm, just for kicks, I think that I'll list what I've got, I'll try to do it roughly chronologically, I'll hide the list as it probably isn't of much interest to anyone, but wow this game has been going on for a long time! I should probably get back on topic, sorry. So as for this Christmas Beta, well, it being the first thing that I've downloaded in quite a long time now I'm not really familiar with the current standard of fangames and it sounds like this Sonic Worlds thing is quite a leap up. Anyway it plays really well and it looks quite amazing, I really do love the graphical style used, great work! Oh and I can't resist taking a screenshot to bring up some old memories, so I hardly think that a history is complete without this:
  3. So Weird Al has realised a new song on the net, "You're Pitiful" a parody of James Blunt's "You're Beautiful". There are several mirrors for the download on http://www.weirdal.com There is much speculation as to why he did this, if you read the latest entry in the "Ask AL" section you'll see this regarding the date of the next album, " APRIL 27, 2006 Tracy A. of Hudson, Florida asks: Okay, Al. So what DID that huge "27" that flashed on the screen April 7th really mean? Everyone wants to know. Come on, spill your guts! Oh, okay. Well, if you must know, the big “27” that appeared briefly on this web site was the beginning of a teaser campaign to announce that the new album was coming out on June 27. I’m very sorry to say that the album is not coming out on June 27 anymore, due to something which threw a major monkey wrench into our release plans. (Don’t worry, it’s just silly record company politics. Maybe I’ll tell you the story someday.) Anyway, we’re obviously trying to resolve the issue, and hoping to get the album out as soon as humanly possible. I’m bound and determined to get it out… well, sometime this year, for sure. I really think it’s a great album (although I may be just a little biased) and I sure hope everybody will think it’s been worth the wait. " So yeah some people are saying that the record company didn't want this song on the album or something like that so Al just threw it on his site for free, others say that it's unrealated to the delay... more of a promotional thing. No official explanation has been given just what was said in the email from weirdal.com, " Dear Close, Personal Friend Of Al, We're very sorry that the new "Weird Al" Yankovic album is taking a little longer than expected to make its way to a record store near you. We'll let you know as soon as we have a confirmed release date. In the meantime, we thought you might like to download a free mp3 of a brand new Weird Al song (which won't be on the album). Our gift to you, just for being so darn cool. You can download the mp3 at www.weirdal.com. Hope you enjoy it! " So anyway I think it's an awesome song. Thoughts?
