why couldn't it have been medabots to get popular instead then again the games for that were pretty hard to play and not feel like you were wasting time with them. atleast it was more interesting an idea than get fighting/psychic lvl 100 to win did they EVER balance the pokemon out or are there STILL those few that are ultimately broken in the hands of a 5 year old?

My 2 cents, I would really prefer the resolution to stay at it's current size. it's alot easier on the eyes and far less chance of smashing into things because you didn't see it coming. the horizontal speed of this game is way higher than average, so this is especially important to think about.

Normally I'd have issue with something that blindingly bright, but honestly that looks perfect with those color combinations, and with a really nice background the bright tones might be very complimentary.

that's literally just a filter. that or you shoved an ink & paint material over it and turned off lines. why would you want to do this if your other sprites were already looking fine anyways? don't get so helter skelter and you'll be able to finish the project! Honestly, I'd suggest making the model the outline for which you hand draw the sprites if you intend to do this sort of thing. that way you can use your eyes to properly structure the lighting in a way you think fits best. like so:

outlines are fine, just don't let them be explicitly black. try to fit them with the objects ambient color, so dark green for the green thing, dark blue for lilac etc.

the weirdest part to me is that due to the way that was made, you could easily make something similar from scratch in a few days if you really stuck with it.

could always have the boost context based and not usable underwater, but then as a water dragon that'd be awful stupid. could potentially have it be both jump and attack while underwater. I don't see the player needing to press both at once, right?.

dunno why everyone has issues with it after v5. you can still use classic mode and it runs fine that way. I still use it with the Fallout 2 skin.

I'm using a Razer Abyssus currently since I don't need anything particularly fancy. Feels nice in my hand too. Definitely would recommend it if you don't care about extra buttons or anything like that.

I see no real issues with this. the cast designs from PSO were borne of limitations of the dreamcast. why stick entirely to that when you have PCs that are several times more powerful than that now? Besides, I'd actually hate it if they DIDN'T get wilder and more interesting to look at.
