Aaron, you need to be lifting enough weight to wear you out by 15 reps if you want to bulk. Thats my rule of thumb. To bulk, it's all about adding more weight for less reps. For a perfect workout routine, switch from day to day. Some days work on toning, less weight for a lot more reps. And then other days work on bulking, more weight for less reps. Watch your diet. High protein and high carb. Protein will help you build that muscle and carbs will help you put on some body fat. All muscle is gross. Ladies hate it, really . And if you want to use supplements, go to GNC and tell them you need to bulk. Or take my word for it and get this. lol. I'm really busy. Work and play take all my goddamn day.
